My Christmas!
My older sister bought me a Ouiji board for Christmas! My mom went ballistic. I am not allowed to play it in the house. That sucks. If you don’t know what a ouiji board is it is a game that you ask questions and bad spirits tell you the answers! You can get a Ouiji board at Wal-Mart for 10 dollars.(cheap). That’s why my Christmas was great!!!!

My New Year
My New Year was fun, because I spent time with my family, and partied till 6:00AM, well my cousins and I. Some of my family played 21 with money and I lost 3dollars. We also had Posole for dinner and some other stuff. The food was like a buffet to me. We also saw T.V. and some movies.

The Hobbit
I thought this book was ok, but I didn’t understand it.
It’s about a hobbit called Bilbo Baggins that is visited by an old wizard called Gandalf and some dwarves.
They want to reclaim the treasure that a wise and nasty dragon stole from Thorin’s father. They used Bilbo as their robber. They travel a long distance to a mountain where the dragon, Smaug lives. Bilbo confronts him. Then the mighty dragon burst out of the mountain in rage and then he attacks the lake men and a different man kills him. Then every one wants the treasure.

The Hobbit is a very sophisticated book. To read it and be able to understand it is easier if you are on the specified reading level. I myself have read the series and found them very fascinating. Now the story I am about to relay to you is the story of the adventures of a Hobbit named Bilbo Baggins. He was a respectable Hobbit of sorts before the mysterious parade following the wizard Gandalf. On his first encounter with danger he uses his brain to outsmart some trolls who want to eat his companions. He goes through rough terrain and storms, gets caught by goblins, meets Gollum, and finds a ring. Now he finds The Ring in the Smokey Mountains. This particular ring helps him escape from the goblins keep and Gollum’s clutches. Then he ends up having to save them from some Elves. After sailing down the river on top of a barrel him and his company arrive at the Lakeside village that’s in the shadow of the Lonely Mountain. I’m not sure if that’s the name because I haven’t read it for a while but still. Then he ends up in the mountain tricking a dragon. He pisses the dragon off and he goes on the rampage. That’s when a guy comes up and shoots the dragon in the breast where there was a bare spot is at. Once the horrid dragon Smog was dead another war started brewing up. Bilbo is knocked unconscious and wakes up to a victory. A victory he had not helped to earn. Then he heads home and adopts Frodo who would later be the heir of the one ring. Then he, too, must go on a very long and perilous adventure where he starts with 9 companions and only one goes the whole way to Mordor to destroy the One Ring.

My Christmas was fun, because I got to spend time with my family. I got a lot of money for Christmas, but I had to wait to spend it. On my birthday I turned 13. We didn’t do a whole lot of any thing for it, but I got a lot of presents like clothes. On New Years we lit fireworks off and played games like Carbon.

Every New Year's Eve millions of Americans make New years resolution,s some say that they're going to try to stop smoking, but the top ten on the list world wide is to get organized. I would put that on the top of my list. Many Americans make resolutions to make their life better, not just during the year, but through the weeks.
My New Years
Well for my New Years my family writes up a list for everyone. As they do that they write down things other people need to work on, we go over the lists as a family and talk about what other people need to work on. We also give gifts that could help them accomplish those resolutions they have made. Also we stay up really late and watch many numerous movies, pig-out on food and soda. We have a fun time, we take down the Christmas stuff and clean the house, to me it’s fun.

SNAKE SKIN SANSHIN
This book is about a sanshin that was found at the scene of a murder. And the sanshin is a three stringed instrument that could give Investigators some clues on how he died. The sanshin was played 300 years ago by a really good sanshin player. The investigators went to a restaurant and looked at every sanshin player playing. Eventually they find the person. This book is written by NAOMI HIRAHARA who also is the writer of GASA-GASA GIRL and SUMMER OF THE BIG BACHI.

First you grab two-pieces of bread, then you put the bread away.
Then put peanut butter on one side of the bread then put it away.
Last but not least put the jelly on the other side of the bread.

My school break was fun. I had a really good Christmas. I got lots of presents. I got two big boxes of makeup. I also got an mp3 player, a radio, an alarm clock, a purse, three jackets, four outfits, a CD, and a DVD player. For New Years I went to my aunt’s house and played games with my little cousins. I also went to the park and had a huge snowball fight with my cousins and my sisters and brother and with my friends too.

For the new years I was babysitting my sister's little kids.
I took my nephew, Austin, across the street over to my
Uncle Mikes, because that’s were the New Years party was
and I let him play with the little kids that were there.
He was the youngest kid there, he is 2 years old, but he had
fun with all the older kids. They are about 4 years up to 7 years.
At about 9:00 I took Austin to my house across the street so
that he can go to sleep, because it was getting late. When I
dropped off Austin my niece, Gracie, was already sleeping, she is
almost 6 months old.
Then I went back across the street, back to the party and hung
out with my family and friends. It was awesome sitting around
the campfire telling jokes and my New Years resolution was to
not make New Years resolutions anymore. I got home at around
2:00 in the morning and then I went to bed.
Techn9ne is coming to concert January 11th with the Subnosie Soldiers and Blaze Ya Dead Homie. The show is at The Bricks and tickets are $25.50 at the door. So go see Techn9ne on Saturday. Then go to Graffiti and get a Faygo. I think this will be a wicked concert. By Tommy
I am writing a little letter to inform everyone that I am leaving in a little over a week and that I would like to let everyone know that if you use the skills that ARTEC has taught you then you should have no problems in the real world and that every thing should go good with you.
When I leave here I am going home and am going to live with my parents and siblings until I can get an apartment then I will move out and live on my own, also I will be working at Joe's Crab Shack in Jordan Landing and will be working full time instead of part time. I will also be doing out patient therapy and have a tracker, also I will be doing classes on the internet and will graduate high school in May.
When I am done with high school I will then move on and start looking for colleges that I may be interested in going to. I will put applications in for Dixie State and Snow College. I will also put some applications in at the U of U, even though I don’t want to attend the U, I will also have my license so that I can drive to my places and not take the bus or have others take me to where I need to get to. How to get out of ARTEC with the quickness. All you have to do to get out of ARTEC is brown nose as much as possible. What I mean by this is help out with any thing that the staff wants you to do. And give as many compliments as you can. And this is a simple way to get out quick. -Steven

On Christmas I didn’t want to wake up, but I did so I wouldn’t get into a fight with my dad. When I got upstairs my family was already handing out their presents to each other. I handed out my presents to them after everyone started to open their presents. I got a lot of money from my dad, so I bought a cute ball python.

Dear Artec I am going to a group home in a couple of weeks. I have mixed feelings about going there, because I won't get to see my family as much as I do now. I am going to miss all the people at Artec that helped me and all my friends. I am afraid that the kids won't like me or they will try to hurt me. But I am happy, because I will learn to live on my own and learn how to take care of myself. Please tell me how I can handle my anxiety.

My holidays
During the holidays I had a lot of fun. For Christmas I went to my grandpa’s house. My grandpa likes to spoil my sisters, my mom, and me so we were overloaded. On New Years I had to come back to the unit. We had a campus party, but only the girls house and boys house came…no one else was prepared.
Drama is funny
To most people, drama sucks. Most of the time, it makes people get in a few predicaments. But for me, it is extremely cool. To me it is the very thing that makes ARTEC not so lame. When I hear he said that she said, that he is going out with her sister and is cheating on her with her sisters, cousin's boyfriends, best friend’s, girlfriend, I love it! It is hilarious to me that people have such a lack of life, that they need to criticize other people's life.

I have a fish and his name is Fish.Hhe is blue, yellow and green and I love him. He will stay mine forever seeing as he can never get away, because he is in fact not a real fish. He swims in my pocket all day long and feeds off munchies and whatnot that gets lost in my pocket of goodness. Sometimes I put him in the washer so he feels more at home. But when he comes out he squirts me in the eye with waters of soap. He hurts me, but I still love him. He’s my fish.

I’m leaving and I’m going to Hunter High School. I’m going into a Procter home for two mouths until they think I’m ready to do what I need to do. Like be drug free and commit to follow the rules and try to make clean drug free friends that are a good example on me that won’t try to get me in to trouble. I also need to go to therapy and get rid of all my issues and go to the programs that I’m required to go to that help me get a good job and that will help me graduate from high school.

During the holidays I had a lot of fun. For Christmas I went to my grandpa’s house. My grandpa likes to spoil my sisters, my mom, and me so we were overloaded. On New Years I had to come back to the unit. We had a campus party, but only the girls house and boys house came…no one else was prepared.
Drama is funny
To most people, drama sucks. Most of the time, it makes people get in a few predicaments. But for me, it is extremely cool. To me it is the very thing that makes ARTEC not so lame. When I hear he said that she said, that he is going out with her sister and is cheating on her with her sisters, cousin's boyfriends, best friend’s, girlfriend, I love it! It is hilarious to me that people have such a lack of life, that they need to criticize other people's life.

I have a fish and his name is Fish.Hhe is blue, yellow and green and I love him. He will stay mine forever seeing as he can never get away, because he is in fact not a real fish. He swims in my pocket all day long and feeds off munchies and whatnot that gets lost in my pocket of goodness. Sometimes I put him in the washer so he feels more at home. But when he comes out he squirts me in the eye with waters of soap. He hurts me, but I still love him. He’s my fish.
I have no freaking idea what to write for my news article. So I will just sit here and push the Shift button randomly> while I Type tO MyseLf. soMe tImeS I feel lIKe hurting JohN. This whole shift thing isn’t working very well so I will stop.

I’m leaving and I’m going to Hunter High School. I’m going into a Procter home for two mouths until they think I’m ready to do what I need to do. Like be drug free and commit to follow the rules and try to make clean drug free friends that are a good example on me that won’t try to get me in to trouble. I also need to go to therapy and get rid of all my issues and go to the programs that I’m required to go to that help me get a good job and that will help me graduate from high school.
